The flat comprises an entrance hall with the kitchen area at the front, where the washing machine and sink are located under the worktop. This is followed by the main kitchen area with appliances, including the oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan and fridge.
Down this corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed, and then the living-dining room with an extension onto the terrace, where the dining area is situated next to the large window. The living room also features a very spacious sofa bed, a TV area and fibre-optic internet connection.
The living room and bedroom have a ceiling fan, although the living room also has a split-system air conditioner.
The beach is 18 minutes away, 1.2 km from the property.
The sofa converts into a 160x200 cm bed and underneath there is a storage area containing cushions, a fitted sheet and a duvet cover/top sheet.
There are bags containing other cleaning supplies and amenities for the PRIVATE use of the accommodation; they are NOT FOR GUESTS’ USE, as indicated in writing on the bags.
This apartment is located within a residential complex comprising an apartment block with access from Avenida de los Manantiales to communal outdoor areas leading to the building entrance.
The building has several lifts to access the flat, as well as access for people with reduced mobility.
